Core Product Characteristics
Dual independent gigabit-compatible Ethernet for redundant communication to avoid data loss; built-in PCI-to-VME transparent bridge, supporting master/slave dual working modes in multi-CPU rack systems; front panel LED indicators for power, network, storage and hardware fault diagnosis; conformal coated circuit board to resist dust, moisture and corrosive industrial gas; standard 6U Eurocard plug-in design supports hot-swap maintenance without full system power cut; compatible with mainstream real-time operating systems including VxWorks, Linux and QNX; onboard four programmable timers for industrial timing interlock control; continuous built-in self-test to detect memory, bus and storage operation failures.
Wiring Instruction
Insert the module into standard 6U VME rack to obtain +5V and ±12V power supply via backplane P1/P2 connectors. Connect shielded twisted Ethernet cables to front RJ45 ports for data transmission to monitoring host; serial COM ports are reserved for local program debugging and parameter configuration. Single-point ground all signal cable shielding layers on cabinet earth bar, separate weak signal wiring and high-power drive cables to eliminate electromagnetic crosstalk.
